This change was implemented to further integrate the company into the FENSTERCRAFT GROUP. Established in 2023, the group previously consisted of UAB Langvalda (now UAB Fenstercraft Joinery), UAB Smart aluminium constructions LT (now UAB Fenstercraft Aluminium), Fenstercraft UK Ltd, Fenstercraft Norge, and UAB FNC Logistics.
Following this rebranding, all group companies are now united under the shared "Fenstercraft" name. This name directly reflects the quality and craftsmanship of our products, which we manufacture in Lithuania using premium German aluminum systems (from the German Fenster meaning window, and the English craft meaning expertise or craftsmanship).
To celebrate this special occasion on July 9, the Fenstercraft Aluminium team gathered for an event where employees got a closer look at the new brand, its core values, and its significance for the company's future. During the event, Darius Kareiva, CEO of Fenstercraft Aluminium, presented the company’s future direction and ambitious goals. Following the official presentation, everyone enjoyed coffee, fresh fruit, and cake.
This rebranding is a decisive step toward a unified international identity. It will enable more efficient knowledge sharing across the group and ensure we continue to deliver the highest product quality to our customers.
